Trader Joe’s is expanding its presence in New York and across the US in 2026 with 25 new stores on the way.
The grocery chain announced Wednesday that it will open nine new locations across 14 states. While eight states currently remain without a Trader Joe’s, the company is increasing its investment in regions with high consumer demand and population density.
Trader Joe’s has opened around six stores nationwide so far in 2026. The specialty grocer plans to open over 20 new stores across 15 states by the end of the year. Trader Joe’s
