In a new interview, Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he’s in remission following his cancer diagnosis.
News of the star’s diagnosis with an “aggressive” cancer was shared on the latest series of his Amazon Prime show Clarkson’s Farm.
The TV star, 66, opened up about his health battle during series 5.
He told close colleagues Kaleb and Charlie that he received the diagnosis after undergoing a biopsy.
The scenes left both men visibly stunned as Jeremy admitted he was facing treatment in the middle of one of the busiest periods on the farm.

Jeremy Clarkson shares update following cancer diagnosis
In a new interview with The Sunday Times, Jeremy said that a PSA (prostate-specific antigen) test two months ago revealed no sign of the disease and he’s officially in remission.
He added: “I am without a doubt, officially, the world’s luckiest man. It was an aggressive type of cancer. It could have spread, it could have gone into the pancreas, it could have gone anywhere, and that would have been trouble.”
He added: “The reason why I’m fine is because the doctors caught the prostate cancer early, and they caught it early because I got tested.”
Jeremy then urged others to get checked. He said: “This is why I have to say to everybody who’s reading this, please, please, please go and get checked. It’s not uncomfortable, it’s not undignified and it’s a no-brainer. I did, and that’s why I’m sitting here talking to you 11 months down the line.”
Jeremy’s cancer diagnosis on Clarkson’s Farm
Jeremy shared the news of his diagnosis on series 5 of Clarkson’s Farm.
The former Top Gear presenter explained he had hoped to get the harvest completed before beginning treatment.
However, the timing meant the two would overlap.
As his co-stars Kaleb and Charlie urged him to focus on his health, Jeremy became emotional while discussing what lay ahead.
Fans watching the final two episodes of Clarkson’s Farm series 5 saw Jeremy make the heartbreaking admission.
Sitting down with Kaleb and Charlie, he told them: “I’ve got cancer.”
A shocked Kaleb immediately responded: “No, you haven’t? Where?”
Jeremy replied: “Where it is of no concern of anybody. I’ve known since May.”
Explaining more, he reminded them that he underwent a medical examination earlier in the year.
“I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it’s aggressive. But it’s really early so the treatment will be, you know,” Jeremy said.
“I was praying we could get the harvest done and then I could go and get some treatment but it’s going to be slap bang in the middle.”
Jeremy’s voice began to crack as he spoke, while Kaleb appeared emotional listening to the news.
“Look after yourself,” Kaleb told him.
Jeremy assured his colleagues he was taking the situation seriously and revealed he was due to undergo an operation within two weeks.
Charlie then wished him a “very, very speedy recovery”, while Jeremy insisted: “I’ll be fine.”
