Since Mexico opened the international soccer tournament with a 2-0 victory against South Africa on Thursday at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, it’s been a party in Mexico.
Fans were seen in the stadium wearing sombreros, the Mexican flag wrapped around their shoulders, their favorite player’s jersey, and even local animals gathered in the excitement.
