BOSTON – Jasson Dominguez is headed for Tommy John surgery.
The Yankees top prospect, who impressed during an eight-game cameo earlier this month before finding out he had torn his UCL, will undergo the right elbow surgery on Wednesday, manager Aaron Boone said Thursday.
