PHILADELPHIA — The Yankees have found some relief.
The club agreed to a trade for righty reliever Mark Leiter Jr. from Cubs on Tuesday, according to The Post’s Joel Sherman, sending infield prospect Ben Cowles and relief prospect Jack Neely back to Chicago.
