Strictly Come Dancing star Ellie Goldstein has revealed she has “cried” while watching her dance performances back, as she heaps praise on pro-partner Vito Copolla.
Ever since week one, Ellie has been a fan-favourite on the dance competition. However, last weekend she faced some rumours that she had quit the show – which she has since denied.
This coming weekend, Ellie is performing a tango to Lady GaGa’s Abracadabra, but she has revealed she finds it “really hard”. And while gushing about Vito, Ellie admitted she sometimes gets emotional watching her performances back.

Ellie Goldstein ‘cried’ watching Strictly performances
Appearing alongside Vito on This Morning today (October 29) Ellie opened up on how she is finding the entire experience, including the difficulties she has faced.
When hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary asked how Vito helps Ellie, the 23-year-old model couldn’t help but gush about him.
She revealed: “The live shows, I am nervous. But you are there by my side. You say, ‘Calm down, calm down, I’m here baby’.”
Vito then asked: “But what do I always say to you? Remember that you are..?”
Ellie finished the sentence: “My big brother is always by my side. And that it is always going to be okay, my sister. What you do to me is so, so lovely. Like, when I watched them back, I cried.”
Vito interrupted hugging Ellie, asking: “But they are happy tears?”
She confirmed: “Yeah. It brings me joy and happiness. What you do is you create a picture in my mind. Like Vito, I love you!” and Vito reciprocated the emotions: “I love you too, baby sister.”
During the interview, Vito also found himself gushing about how incredible Ellie is. He explained: “When Ellie walks into a room, you can see everything just light up. You are like pure, pure joy.”
