Standard Chartered Bank has announced the appointment of Mike Samson as the new Chief Executive Officer of its Philippines franchise, effective Dec. 1, 2023, subject to regulatory approval. Concurrently, he is also Standard Chartered Bank’s Head of Client Coverage for Philippines and the ASEAN.
