Last year, I said the ultra-thin Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 was the best foldable we’ve ever tested. That means the rumored Galaxy Z Fold 8 has big shoes to fill.

It’s widely expected that Samsung will debut the Fold 8 alongside several other devices at a Galaxy Unpacked launch event in London in late July. While this means we haven’t yet seen the Fold 8 in an official capacity, there’s been enough reporting online to build a decent profile of the phone before its unveiling.
