Rams tight end Tyler Higbee was “stable” after being taken to a local hospital with a chest injury suffered in the 27-9 wild-card win over the Vikings on Monday in Glendale, Ariz., according to head coach Sean McVay.
“It was something with his chest,” McVay said. “I think he’s going to be OK. What does that mean in terms of his status moving forward? I don’t know.”
Higbee suffered his injury in the first half after catching five passes for 58 yards, including two passes for 27 yards to help the Rams take a 7-0 lead on their first drive.
