“It’s a way of keeping a sense of whimsy, lightheartedness and hyperfemininity [in a world] that can feel so intense,” Mika, a 20-something smoke-show, exclusively tells The Post, arguing that the lifestyle consists of far more than simply cosplaying as an “unintelligent head-empty hot girl.”
