In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website. We collect and process personal data solely based on the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

Contacting Us

If you contact us through our website contact form or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months for processing your request and for any follow-up questions. Your data will not be shared without your consent.

Data Storage

To facilitate the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP address of the connection holder, along with the name, address, and payment information in cookies.

For contract processing, we also store the following data: email, name, address.

The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract and perform pre-contractual measures. Without this data, a contract cannot be concluded. Data will only be transferred to third parties in the following cases: payment data (credit card data) to the banks/payment service providers handling payment collection, to the shipping company tasked with delivering the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

If the purchasing process is canceled, the data stored with us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period (7 years). Additionally, the name, address, purchased items, and purchase date will be stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of Section 96(3) TKG and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (required for contract fulfillment) GDPR.
