The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced a high-risk warning on more than 10,000 pounds of pork products across four states in two separate recalls.
Baltimore-based Impero Foods & Meats, Inc. is recalling approximately 7,485 pounds of raw pork sausage products that were produced “without the benefit of federal inspection,” the USDA announced Friday.
