Here’s a juicy sex tip.
Men who regularly drink grape juice could significantly lower their odds of erectile dysfunction (ED) — especially older fellas, a new study published in The Aging Male has revealed.
Researchers at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital in Northern China found that, compared to those who consumed none at all, men who drank grape juice five times or more per week saw a 79% decrease in ED struggles. Their analysis of 600 men — 300 with and 300 without ED — with a mean age of 47.2 years showed a marked advantage for men aged 40 and older at 83% reduced odds of ED, whereas men below age 40 gained only a third as much of the benefit at just 27% reduced odds.
