At 7:30 tonight, the 7-5 Minnesota Golden Gophers are taking on the 6-6 Virginia Tech Hokies in the 2025 Duke’s Mayo Bowl at Charlotte, NC’s Bank of America Stadium, and, yes, the winning team’s coach will have a jar of mayonnaise dumped on their head.
