Kennedy Jr.’s apartment in Ryan Murphy’s FX hit “Love Story” to Jeremy Allen White’s “The Bear” character Carmy’s frequent smoke breaks outside the restaurant, smoking is well and truly back — Surgeon General’s warnings be damned.
