Celebrity MasterChef 2026 star Jason Mohammad has hit back at judge Giorgio Locatelli after being given the boot from the BBC cooking show.
The TV and radio presenter endured a disastrous day in the Celebrity MasterChef kitchen before Giorgio delivered a brutal verdict.
The new judge told Jason he would be better off “washing the pots” rather than cooking.
And it seems Jason was not exactly impressed with the criticism!

Jason later appeared to get his own back on Giorgio, joking that he would only visit the chef’s restaurant kitchen if the invitation came with no criticism.
And if it was for free!
So what happened between Jason and Giorgio? And who made it through to the semi finals?
Here’s everything that went down during a particularly tense episode of the BBC show.
Who left Celebrity MasterChef tonight? Jason’s disastrous day
Poor Jason had a shocker of a day in the Celebrity MasterChef kitchen. Thursday’s episode saw him repeatedly come under fire from Giorgio after making a string of mistakes.
In the first round, the contestants were split into pairs. Jason was paired with Emily Campbell, while Joe Pasquale and Shakira Khan were put together.
Each pair had to cook a two to three course meal. They had to prepare a starter of smoked mackerel scotch eggs. The main was panfried chicken breasts with “decadent” fondant potatoes and braised leeks. The dessert was a sticky toffee pudding.
Unfortunately, Jason did not cook the soft boiled eggs for long enough. They then broke while he was peeling them. As a result, Emily struggled to wrap the mackerel paste around them. She told Jason they were a “disaster”.
The pair then served up raw potatoes with their main, which had been Jason’s job. He also ruined the braised leeks, with Giorgio briskly asking: “What did it say? Mashed leaks?”
On the other team, Shakira and Joe served up a plate of slop for pudding. They had not baked their sticky toffee pudding for long enough.
