During Saturday night’s NCAA Tournament matchup between the Wisconsin Badgers and BYU Cougars, viewers were treated to an unexpected bit of chaos.
And it was all courtesy of a malfunctioning CBS score bug during the second round of March Madness.
Midway through the first half, Wisconsin guard John Blackwell nailed a 3-pointer to trim BYU’s lead to 38-27, and then it became the highest-scoring 3-point shot of all time.
