Roman Kemp on having ‘mad panic attacks’
“I’ve had to go to the gym this morning, because I haven’t been for two weeks because I nearly died,” Roman candidly shared on the podcast.
Revealing his body was “on edge” and fearing he was “about to die”, Roman added: “I thought I nearly died last two weeks, it was insane. I had Covid.”
The radio presenter went on to share that he started “having mad panic attacks, like serious panic attacks”.
Roman Kemp ‘thought he was going to die’
He explained: “Anyone whose had a panic attack knows exactly how it goes. All of a sudden your brain tells you, ‘You’re gonna die’ like ‘Call the ambulance right now, you’re about to die, you’re going to have a heart attack, you’re going to pass out’.
“And then every night for two weeks my heart was going. I was falling asleep with it and waking up with it so my body’s on edge the entire time, I can hear it in my ears.”
