Aden Holloway is denying the drug charges Tuscaloosa County prosecutors are bringing against him, and the Alabama basketball star is demanding a trial, a new court filing on Monday revealed.
Holloway’s attorney Jason Neff responded to district attorney Hays Webb’s complaint in a filing that went as far as to call for a trial to prove the allegations against the Crimson Tide’s second leading scorer.
“Defendant denies each and every material allegation, and demands strict proof thereof,” Neff wrote in his legal filing on Monday, according to WIAT. “The Defendant hereby demands a Trial on the claims made by the Plaintiff.”
