The “photogate” drama between Meghan Markle and Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner was finally addressed this week.
The Kardashians star Kim, 45, opened up about the drama on her sister Khloé’s podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land.
Last November, social media was sent into a frenzy after Kim and her mother, Kris, removed photos of Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, partying at Kris’ 70th birthday bash.

What did Kim and Khloé Kardashian say about Meghan Markle ‘photogate’?
In November 2025, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended Kardashian/Jenner matriarch Kris’ James Bond-themed birthday party in Beverly Hills.
Following the bash, photos were shared on social media by the family. Some of these included Harry and Meghan. However, shortly after, the images of the royal couple at the party disappeared, sparking much speculation online.
Until now, the story hasn’t been explained fully. But this week, on Khloé’s podcast, Kim finally addressed what actually happened.
After Khloé brought up the topic of Meghan “photogate”, Kim replied: “It was really innocent. Which is so crazy. Mum and Meghan have been friends for some years now. And they have a really sweet relationship.
“We took a photo. And then I think we were all going through them. We’re all communicating about what we’re going to post. We’re never ones to post without permission. It’s not who we are.”
